+ How do I get the app?

If you have an apple or android device, select the appropriate Store button above.

If you have registered either yourself or a player with us you will already have a Basketbal Connect Username and Password.
If you have not, you will need to set up an account.

+ How do I add my player's team in the app?

1. Once the App has loaded, type the club name 'Bayside' in the banner at the top of the page.
2. Tap the selection: Bayside linked to RedCity Roar
3. The Banner then asks for team/age. If you type 'B', the Bayside teams will show, and you need to scroll through to find the correct one. If you type the age group your player is in eg 'u12', you will get a smaller list. (If you type the full name of the team, nothing will show. Go back and start again ;) )
4. Tap on the circle next to the team you want, so the tick turns on.
5. Tap on: Done
6. If you want to follow more teams, repeat the process. Otherwise tap on: Done again.
7. You should now be back at the main page from where you can navigate through all of the features of the App.

Don't be concerned if the Division doesn't match. That will all be adjusted when grading is complete.

+ I still can't figure out the app what can I do?

If you have trouble, see any of the committee courtside for assistance.
